The company has a total of nine directors, including four independent directors. The directors have expertise in operation management, marketing, product R&D, and financial accounting, with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to perform their duties. The directors and independent directors are selected by shareholders based on a candidate nomination system from the list of candidates for directors and independent directors.

The performance evaluation results of each dimension in 2024 all reached above 90 points. The performance evaluation results of the overall board of directors, individual board members, audit committee, remuneration committee and individual functional committee members were 93, 94.44, 96.87, 95.56 and 96.11, 95.83 respectively. The self-assessment results show that the overall operation of the board of directors and functional committees is good, in line with corporate governance requirements, and can effectively strengthen the functions of the board of directors and safeguard the interests of shareholders. The 2024 Board Performance Evaluation Report was submitted to the Board on March 13, 2025.
The 2024 Board of Directors Performance Evaluation adopts internal questionnaires for self-evaluation and mutual evaluation. The evaluation results of various dimensions show that the overall operation of the Board of Directors and its functional committees is good, in line with corporate governance requirements, and can effectively strengthen the functions of the Board of Directors and safeguard the interests of shareholders.
