The CPAs provide communication materials and consultation on financial reports, internal control reviews, legal updates and other matters. Before the audit committee meeting, they will fully explain the key issues and findings of the review process to the audit committee members in person or by video and provide explanatory opinions. The accountants will have sufficient discussions and exchanges with the independent directors.
